约翰福音信息之四十五---认识耶稣基督

约8:12-20


犹太住棚节的两大礼仪,主耶稣发出有关祂自己的两段伟大宣告:活水的源泉,世界的真光!


“人若渴了,可以到我这里来喝。信我的人,就如经上所说,从他腹中要流出活水的江河来。”(约7:37-38)


“If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.”(John 7:37-38)


“我是世界的光。跟从我的,就不在黑暗里走,必要得着生命的光。”(约8:12)


“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”(John 8:12)


对于主耶稣“我是世界的光”的伟大宣告,法利赛人如惯常一样极力地抵挡和拒绝。


“法利赛人对祂说,‘你是为自己作见证,你的见证不真。’”(约8:13)


“The Pharisees challenged Him, "Here you are, appearing as your own witness; your testimony is not valid."”(John 8:13)


约8:13-20这段经文,主耶稣从容回答法利赛人的两个挑战:第一,“你的见证不真!”(约8:13)第二,“你的父在哪里?”(约8:19)


一. 耶稣的见证


“法利赛人对祂说,‘你是为自己作见证,你的见证不真。’”(约8:13)


“The Pharisees challenged Him, "Here you are, appearing as your own witness; your testimony is not valid."”(John 8:13)


法利赛人的挑战有道理吗?


法利赛人的智商是不低的(可惜用错了地方),他们引用旧约律法,认定耶稣为自己作见证是无效的。


“人无论犯什么罪,作什么恶,不可凭一个人的口作见证,总要凭两三个人的口作见证才可定案。”(申19:15)


“One witness is not enough to convict a man accused of any crime or offense he may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”(Deut 19:15)


但请注意,申19:15是对犯罪罪案的确立需要两三个证人的见证,并不适用耶稣自己的宣称。实际上,耶稣对自己身份的宣称不仅是合理的,而且是必须的。一个简单的逻辑是,除了神之外,谁有资格能对耶稣的身份做出准确的见证呢?谁有能力到天上走一遭、看一看,然后对众人讲述自己所见所闻的见证呢?


“耶稣说,我虽然为自己作见证,我的见证还是真的。”(约8:14)


“Jesus answered, "Even if I testify on My own behalf, My testimony is valid.””(John 8:14)


对于耶稣神儿子的身份,只有祂自己能够作见证。


“除了父,没有人知道子。除了子和子所愿意指示的,没有人知道父。”(太11:27)


“No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.”(Matt 11:27)


没人有资格为主耶稣的身份作见证。甚至连神的先知,当神对他们说话时,外人也无从知晓。如何知道先知所讲的话真的是出自神?神自己给出一个检验的方法:要看先知所讲的是否应验。


当神差遣摩西去带领以色列人出埃及,摩西担心自己说的话以色列人不会相信。神叫摩西将手中的杖仍在地上,杖就变成蛇;神叫摩西拿住蛇的尾巴,在摩西手中就又变成了杖。神又叫摩西将手放在怀里,及至抽出来手就长了大麻风;又放在怀里然后再抽出来,手又复了原。如果以色列人对这两个神迹还是不信,就从河里取些水来倒在地上水就变成血。

因此,神对摩西说话,没有人可以为摩西作见证,只有通过神迹的印证才会让以色列人信服。


耶利米书28章,神差遣先知耶利米对犹大众民说,要投降并服事巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒。但假先知哈拿尼雅却擅自奉耶和华的名宣告说,耶和华神要折断巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的轭。耶利米也无从知道哈拿尼雅所说是否属实,只说要等到预言成就的时候才知真假。后来,神的话临到耶利米,他便知道哈拿尼雅是擅自奉神的名说假预言。哈拿尼雅的假预言当然不可能成就,而且哈拿尼雅当年七月就死了,正如先知耶利米所说的。


同样,当先知以利亚指责悖逆神的以色列王亚哈时他宣告说,“我指着所事奉永生耶和华以色列的神起誓,这几年我若不祷告,必不降露,不下雨。”(王上17:1)


“As the LORD, the God of Israel, lives, whom I serve, there will be neither dew nor rain in the next few years except at my word.”(1 Kings 17:1)


以色列地果然三年零六个月没有下雨,你就不得不相信以利亚奉耶和华的名所说的话是真实的,虽然没有第三方作见证。


神的先知尚且如此,更何况神的儿子呢?谁有资格、有能力为耶稣的身份作见证呢?


即使今天,司法体系中的证词,很多时候也是无法证实其真伪,其证词也是在证人宣誓之后、在证人的诚实大体可信的预设前提下听取的。


“神非人,必不致说谎,也非人子,必不致后悔。祂说话岂不照着行呢?祂发言岂不要成就呢?”(民23:19)


“God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?”(Num 23:19)


“我们纵然失信,祂仍是可信的,因为祂不能背乎自己。”(提后2:13)


“If we are faithless, He will remain faithful, for He cannot disown Himself.”(2 Tim 2:13)


“耶稣说,我虽然为自己作见证,我的见证还是真的。”(约8:14)


“Jesus answered, "Even if I testify on My own behalf, My testimony is valid.””(John 8:14)


主耶稣声称,虽然祂为自己作见证,但祂的见证还是真的,然后主耶稣给出三个理由。


1. 主耶稣的根源与归宿


“因我知道我从哪里来,往哪里去。你们却不知道我从哪里来,往哪里去。”(约8:14)


“For I know where I came from and where I am going. But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going.”(John 8:14)


主耶稣知道自己从哪里来(Origin),祂也知道自己的归宿(Destiny)。


主耶稣是神的儿子,太初之道,祂奉父神差遣,道成肉身来到世上,为世人的罪在十字架上舍身流血,受死埋葬,第三天从死里复活,成就十字架赦罪的救恩;然后,祂被接升天,回到与父神同在的荣耀。


“太初有道,道与神同在,道就是神。”(约1:1)


“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ”(John 1:1)


“道成了肉身住在我们中间,充充满满的有恩典有真理。我们也见过祂的荣光,正是父独生子的荣光。”(约1:14)


“The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.”(John 1:14)


“我在地上已经荣耀你,你所托付我的事,我已成全了。”(约17:4)


“I have brought You glory on earth by completing the work You gave Me to do.”(John 17:4)


“现在我往你那里去。”(约17:13)


“I am coming to you now.”(John 17:13)


“父阿,现在求你使我同你享荣耀,就是未有世界以先,我同你所有的荣耀。”(约17:5)


“And now, Father, glorify Me in Your presence with the glory I had with You before the world began.”(John 17:5)


所以,主耶稣知道自己从神而来,要在地上成全父神所托付的事,然后再回到父的荣耀里。


但法利赛人出于无知,他们不知道主耶稣从哪里来、往哪里去;或者他们出于傲慢,不愿意知道。当然,他们更不可能知道主耶稣还要再来!


弟兄姐妹朋友们,你是否知道你自己从哪里来?到哪里去?


这听起来好像就是那古老的哲学问题:我从哪里来?我是谁?我在这里干什么?我要到哪里去?


对于这一哲学问题截然不同的回答,决定一个人的人生态度和最终命运。


无神论者如是说---


我从哪里来?---我是从猿猴变来的。

我是谁?---我是一堆化学元素的堆积物。

我在这里干什么?---为糊口而汗流满面,为活着而劳碌奔波。

我要往哪里去?---人最后的归宿是无奈、可怕、绝望的死亡以及永远的黑暗。


基督徒如此回答---


我从哪里来?---我是慈爱的天父精心创造的。(I am fearfully and wonderfully made by God.)

我是谁?---我是至高上帝、慈爱天父的儿女。(I am the Prince and Princess of the Most High.)

我在这里干什么?---荣神益人、完成神给我的托付和使命。(I am here to fulfill His commission.)

我要往哪里去?---在耶稣基督的荣耀中永远与神同在。(I will be with God in His glory forever.)


1914年5月28日,继泰达尼克号船难两年之后,又有一起毁灭性的船难发生。爱尔兰公主号满载旅客从加拿大魁北克起航驶往英国利物浦,却于5月29日凌晨在法瑟角与一艘挪威运煤船相撞,爱尔兰公主号在相撞十四分钟后即快速沉入水底,1024名旅客遇难,只有465人获救。


当时在这艘船上有一百多名救世军(Salvation Army)青年领袖成员,他们在船上的座位正好靠近救生衣的位置,他们都拿着救生衣跳水了。但后来被救的465名旅客中,却几乎找不到救世军青年领袖。


救援者很是好奇,就把获救的人们召聚在一起,询问到底发生了什么。这些获救者的见证竟然都是一样:这些救世军青年将救生衣让给别人,并且在沉水之前的短暂空隙,询问并督促人们赶快相信接受耶稣基督。


其中一个壮年男子见证说,一个十七岁的救世军女孩把她的救生衣脱下来给他,他穿上后感到羞愧,自己一个男子大汉,怎能从一个十七岁女孩手中接过她的救生衣?他于是游到那女孩身边,把救生衣还给她。


那女孩问他,“你是基督徒吗?”


他回答说,“不是。”


女孩又问他说,“你现在愿意接受耶稣基督吗?”


回答说,“我现在还没有准备好信耶稣。”


那女孩有些生气地把救生衣推给他说,“我死了比你死了要好,我死了马上就可以到我天父那里去,你死了要到可怕地地狱里去。”并劝他要赶快信耶稣。


那个壮汉见证说,“我今天晚上得救两次,一次从水中得拯救,一次被耶稣所拯救。”


救世军的创办人名叫卜维廉(William Booth,1829-1912),他每年写信给世界各地的青年领袖,勉励他们积极抢救灵魂。随着他年纪越来越老,他写的信也越来越短。他去世前的最后一封信,只有一个字:“Others”(他人)!---为他人而活!


2. 法利赛人是以貌取人


“你们是以外貌判断人,我却不判断人。就是判断人,我的判断也是真的。因为不是我独自在这里,还有差我来的父与我同在。”(约8:15-16)


“You judge by human standards; I pass judgment on no one. But if I do judge, my decisions are right, because I am not alone. I stand with the Father, who sent Me.”(John 8:15-16)


主耶稣说,“不可按外貌断定是非,总要按公平断定是非。”(约7:24)


“Stop judging by mere appearances, and make a right judgment.”(John 7:24)


然而,法利赛人却是自始至终都是按外貌断定是非。


“法利赛人说,‘你们也受了迷惑吗?官长或是法利赛人,岂有信祂的呢?’”(约7:47-48)


“"You mean he has deceived you also?" the Pharisees retorted. "Has any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed in Him?”(John 7:47-48)


“你也是出于加利利吗?你且去查考,就可知道,加利利没有出过先知。”(约7:52)


“They replied, "Are you from Galilee, too? Look into it, and you will find that a prophet does not come out of Galilee."”(John 7:52)


在法利赛人看来,耶稣不过是出自外邦加利利地的拿撒勒人,被称作是木匠的儿子。耶稣贫困潦倒、颠沛流离,用祂自己的话说,甚至没有枕头的地方。祂的门徒也都是一群不成气候、渔夫税吏的乌合之众。


“祂无佳形美容,我们看见祂的时候,也无美貌使我们羡慕祂。祂被藐视,被人厌弃,多受痛苦,常经忧患。祂被藐视,好像被人掩面不看的一样。我们也不尊重祂。”(赛53:2-3)


“He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him, nothing in His appearance that we should desire Him. He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.”(Isa 53:2-3)


耶稣基督那满有权柄的非凡讲论,法利赛人污蔑说祂亵渎神;耶稣基督大有能力的神迹奇事,法利赛人污蔑祂是靠着鬼王赶鬼;耶稣基督在安息日医治病人,法利赛人污蔑祂是不守安息日的罪人;当主耶稣指出他们的假冒为善时,法利赛人便处心积虑地要除灭祂。


也许你要为法利赛人抱不平,毕竟他们不像今日的人们有整本圣经可以阅读查考,他们如果对耶稣的认识有偏差,是否也情有可原?


但法利赛人的问题在于他们的虚伪、偏见和傲慢。


当耶稣诞生时,东方博士来朝拜,希律王屠杀伯利恒的婴孩,牧羊人“把天使论这孩子大的恶话传开了。”(路2:17)这些事既然能被非犹太人的路加医生记录在圣经之中,作为犹太领袖岂有漠然处之、置之不理的道理呢?


当法利赛人的同僚尼哥底母给出建议:“不先听本人的口供,不知道祂所作的事,难道我们的律法还定他的罪吗?”(约7:51)


"Does our law condemn anyone without first hearing him to find out what he is doing?"(John 7:51)


法利赛人不仅拒绝尼哥底母的好心建议,反而挖苦数落尼哥底母,“你也是出于加利利吗?你且去查考,就可知道,加利利没有出过先知。”(约7:52)


“Are you from Galilee, too? Look into it, and you will find that a prophet does not come out of Galilee.”(John 7:52)


显然,法利赛人的以貌取人是他们傲慢无礼的有意为之。


按外貌看待耶稣基督,曾经的法利赛人扫罗、后来归信耶稣的使徒保罗印证了这一点。


“所以我们从今以后,不凭着外貌认人了。虽然凭着外貌认过基督,如今却不再这样认祂了。”(林后5:16)


“So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.”(2 Cor 5:16)


世人太容易按外貌论断人了,这几乎是绝大多数人不经意流露的惯性。


中文有许多词汇和俗语,都表达这种以貌取人的世俗文化:排场、攀比、妒忌、鄙视、嫌贫爱富、附炎趋势、阿谀奉承、趾高气扬、溜须拍马、狗眼看人低、笑贫不笑娼、人靠衣裳马靠鞍。


甚至连励志性的锦句也离不开这样的俗套:万般皆下品、惟有读书高;人往高处走、水往低处流;不受苦中苦、难为人上人…


基督徒应该靠着主耶稣的恩典,脱离以貌取人的犯罪。


“你们若按外貌待人,便是犯罪,被律法定为犯法的。”(雅2:9)


“But if you show favoritism, you sin and are convicted by the law as lawbreakers.”(James 2:9)


“我的弟兄们,你们信奉我们荣耀的主耶稣基督,便不可按着外貌待人。”(雅2:1)


“My brothers, as believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ, don't show favoritism.”(James 2:1)


“所以你们因信基督耶稣,都是神的儿子。…并不分犹太人,希利尼人,自主的,为奴的,或男或女。因为你们在基督耶稣里都成为一了。”(加3:26-28)


“You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, … There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”(Gal 3:26-28)


主耶稣说,“我却不判断人。”(“I pass judgment on no one.”)(约/John 8:15)


这与主耶稣先前说的是否矛盾呢?


“父不审判什么人,乃将审判的事全交与子。”(约5:22)


“Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son.” (John 5:22)


主耶稣第一次来,“不是要定世人的罪,乃是要叫世人因祂得救。” (“For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.”)(约/John 3:17)


主耶稣第二次来,要施行公义的审判:要么是信祂的人在基督台前接受祂对你工作的检验,要么是不信祂的人在白色大宝座前接受祂对你定罪的审判,并由此决定每个人永恒中的命运和归宿。


3. 父神为主耶稣作见证


“你们的律法上也记着说,两个人的见证是真的。我是为自己作见证,还有差我来的父,也是为我作见证。”(约8:17-18)


“In your own Law it is written that the testimony of two men is valid. I am one who testifies for Myself; My other witness is the Father, who sent Me.”(John 8:17-18)


法利赛人错误地套用律法来抵挡主耶稣,说按照律法要求,需要两个见证人。主耶稣的回答,意在告诉他们达到这样的标准:主耶稣为自己作见证,父神也为主耶稣作见证。


父神如何为祂的儿子耶稣基督作见证?


首先,父神三次从天上说话为耶稣基督作见证:分别在耶稣受洗时、登山变像时、荣耀进京时。


“从天上有声音说,‘这是我的爱子,我所喜悦的。’”(太3:17)


“And a voice from heaven said, "This is My Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased."”(Matt 3:17)


“说话之间,忽然有一朵光明的云彩遮盖他们。且有声音从云彩里出来说,‘这是我的爱子,我所喜悦的,你们要听祂。’”(太17:5)


“While he was still speaking, a bright cloud enveloped them, and a voice from the cloud said, "This is My Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased. Listen to Him!"”(Matt 17:5)


“‘父阿,愿你荣耀你的名。’当时就有声音从天上来说,‘我已经荣耀了我的名,还要再荣耀。’”(约12:28)


“‘Father, glorify Your Name!" Then a voice came from heaven, "I have glorified it, and will glorify it again."”(John 12:28)


当然,你会再为法利赛人抱不平:那是并没有新约圣经,法利赛人如何得知这些见证呢?


有道理!但父神对耶稣基督的见证充满在旧约圣经中:旧约圣经有关于基督的差不多三百多处预言,加上还有许多有关耶稣基督人物、事件、礼仪性的预表。


“受膏者说,“我要传圣旨。耶和华曾对我说,‘你是我的儿子,我今日生你。’””(诗2:7)


“I will proclaim the decree of the LORD: He said to me, "You are my Son; today I have become your Father.””(Ps 2:7)


“耶和华起了誓,决不后悔,说,‘你是照着麦基洗德的等次,永远为祭司。’”(诗110:4)


“The LORD has sworn and will not change His mind: "You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek."”(Ps 110:4)


“现在祂说,‘你作我的仆人,使雅各众支派复兴,使以色列中得保全的归回,尚为小事,我还要使你作外邦人的光,叫你施行我的救恩,直到地极。’”(赛49:6)


“He says: "It is too small a thing for you to be My servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make You a Light for the Gentiles, that You may bring My salvation to the ends of the earth."”(Isa 49:6)


“你们查考圣经,因你们以为内中有永生,给我作见证的就是这经。然而你们不肯到我这里来得生命。”(约5:39-40)


“You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about Me, yet you refuse to come to Me to have life.”(John 5:39-40)


另外,挪亚方舟,雅各的梦中天梯,逾越节的羊羔,摩西旷野举蛇,约拿在鱼腹中三天三夜… 都明确无误地指向耶稣基督。


还有就是主耶稣所做的事。“父交给我要我成就的事,就是我所作的事,这便见证我是父所差来的。”(约5:36)


"For the very work that the Father has given Me to finish, and which I am doing, testifies that the Father has sent Me.”(John 5:36)


哪怕同是法利赛人的尼哥底母,当他谦卑寻求时就能明白耶稣从神那里来:“我们知道你是由神那里来作师傅的。因为你所行的神迹,若没有神同在,无人能行。”(约3:2)


“We know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him.”(John 3:2)


二. 如何认识神


“他们就问他说,‘你的父在哪里?’耶稣回答说,‘你们不认识我,也不认识我的父。若是认识我,也就认识我的父。’”(约8:19)


“Then they asked Him, "Where is your father?" "You do not know Me or My Father," Jesus replied. "If you knew Me, you would know My Father also."”(John 8:19)


当耶稣声称“我是世界的光”时,法利赛人先是挑战耶稣:“你的见证不真!”


当耶稣声称“父为我作见证”时,法利赛人再次挑衅耶稣:“你的父在哪里?”


“你的父在哪里?”(“Where is Your Father?”)(约/John 8:19)


法利赛人的问题有几种解读:


第一, 他们误解耶稣的话,真的感到困惑,想要寻求答案。但根据法利赛人惯常抵挡耶稣的态度,这种情形可信性很低。


第二, 很多圣经学者相信,耶稣名义上的父亲约瑟此时已经不在人世,法利赛人故意激动耶稣,让你父亲来为你作证啊?


第三, 他们恶意讽刺、挖苦、辱骂耶稣,根据下文“我们不是从淫乱生的”(“We are not illegitimate children”)(约/John 8:41),这种可能性最大。


约翰福音第五章,主耶稣医治一个瘫痪三十八年的病人,犹太人逼迫祂,因为是在安息日行的。


“耶稣就对他们说,‘我父作事直到如今,我也作事。’ 所以犹太人越发想要杀祂。因祂不但犯了安息日,并且称神为祂的父,将自己和神当作平等。”(约5:17-18)


“Jesus said to them, "My Father is always at His work to this very day, and I, too, am working." For this reason the Jews tried all the harder to kill Him; not only was He breaking the Sabbath, but He was even calling God His own Father, making Himself equal with God.”(John 5:17-18)


当耶稣提到“我父”时,是将自己与神当作平等,法利赛人不大可能听不懂耶稣的话。因此,最大的可能是法利赛人恶毒侮辱攻击主耶稣。


“耶稣回答说,‘你们不认识我,也不认识我的父。’”(约8:19)


“You do not know Me or My Father," Jesus replied.”(John 8:19)


认识神就是永生,认识神是神的心意,也是人生的终极目的。


“认识你独一的真神,并且认识你所差来的耶稣基督,这就是永生。”(约17:3)


“Now this is eternal life: that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.”(John 17:3)


韦斯敏斯特要理问答的第一问就是:人生最重要、最崇高的目的是什么?


答:人生最重要、最崇高的目的就是荣耀神,并以祂为乐,直到永远。


“耶和华如此说,‘智慧人不要因他的智慧夸口,勇士不要因他的勇力夸口,财主不要因他的财物夸口。夸口的却因他有聪明,认识我是耶和华,又知道我喜悦在世上施行慈爱,公平,和公义,以此夸口。’这是耶和华说的。”(耶9:23-24)


“This is what the LORD says: "Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight," declares the LORD.”(Jer 9:23-24)


以色列的第一个王扫罗高大、英俊、有能力,但终因不认识神,铸成他自己并连带全家和以色列国的悲惨结局。大卫虽也有罪错,但因为他能摸着神的心意,被称为合神心意的人,他的家、国蒙神保守赐福,并应许坚立他的国位直到永远。


历史上有许多聪明出众、能力超群的人,终因不认识神而毁其一生令人痛心不已。


如何认识神?


“若是认识我,也就认识我的父。”(约8:19)


“If you knew Me, you would know My Father also.”(John 8:19)


神的儿子耶稣基督将父神显明出来,使人看见主耶稣就是看见了神。


“从来没有人看见神,只有在父怀里的独生子将祂表明出来。”(约1:18)


“No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made Him known.”(John 1:18)


“腓力对祂说,‘求主将父显给我们看,我们就知足了。’ 耶稣对他说,‘腓力,我与你们同在这样长久,你还不认识我吗?人看见了我,就是看见了父。你怎么说,将父显给我们看呢?’”(约14:8-9)


“Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us." Jesus answered: "Don't you know Me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'?”(John 14:8-9)


“你们不认识祂,我却认识祂。因为我是从祂来的,祂也是差了我来。”(约7:28-29)


“You do not know Him, but I know Him because I am from Him and He sent Me.”(John 7:28-29)


带领门徒认识神也是主耶稣在地上的重要工作之一。“你从世上赐给我的人,我已将你的名显明与他们。他们本是你的,你将他们赐给我,他们也遵守了你的道。”(约17:6)

“If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you. This is to My Father's glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be My disciples.”(John 15:7-8)
